Small Delegation: 14 delegates or less

Large Delegation: 15 delegates or more

STUDENT WAIVER

In this attached PDF document you’ll be able to find both the English and the Spanish version of the consent form. Please fill in this document, either by hand, with an online editor or equivalent. Please make sure to complete all sections before emailing the waiver to the secretariat in order to guarantee your participation.

Sign on a spare piece of white paper, and make sure it’s clear and easy to understand.
Scan the signature and upload it as a png image.
Open the PDF document on Microsoft Word; delete the underscores,
Insert and shrink the png in order for it to fit in the page and voila!
